Dat Dude BP
In the past I have been very critical of Brandon Phillips, even to the point that I have said the Reds should not resign him. Well, I’m taking that back.
BP has seemed to have matured a lot this year. His mannerisms on the field are not really showing anyone up as they may have in the past, rather they reflect an enthusiasm for the game that is actually fun to watch. He hasn’t wined publicly about not getting a long-term contract.
He has embraced the role of St. Louis villain and taken it to the Alberts this season. Another reason to like him, he says he hates St. Louis, gets booed by the fans and then beats them.
To top it off he is hitting the cover off the ball and his defense is, as usual, impeccable. He is a Twitter sensation (@datdudebp), a gold glove lock, should be a sure thing All-Star, and right now early season MVP candidate.
So, with that said, I’m tipping my cap to you, Brandon Phillips.

i like brandon he always helps people we are going to ask him to help us with our free xmas dinner 2011 we feed 500 people the elderly or needy only on donation that is getting very slim their are 6 people on our committe we cook most of it one great man donates a pig and we try to get 20 turkeys donated plus all the trimmings we only can do this thru donation we are all senior citizen ourselves doing the work any help would be deeply appreciated lv u brandon
