Today marks the 25th anniversary of Pete Rose’s 4,192 career hit.  Rose will be honored  in an official capacity for the second time since his banishment in 1989 and for the first time by the Reds at a Reds game.

Rose is no doubt a Hall of Fame worthy player, hopefully someday he will be there.

A new movie has been made to honor Rose, I haven’t seen it, but would like to.  Looks like it is pretty good. Below is the trailer.
